Does KeyShoot clean or stage the property?

• No, this is not something within our scope of work. The listing agent is responsible for making sure the home is ready for the scheduled shoot. KeyShoot photographers will take an initial tour of the property and discuss with the agent/homeowner if anything last minute needs to be moved. KeyShoot may, at times, assist with minor adjustments, like moving small items out of the frame of view, but ultimately it is responsibility of the agent and the homeowner to make sure the property is ready by the time the appointment starts. If the property is disorganised or cluttered, we will do our best to shoot it "as-is" at the agreed upon time that we are scheduled. Virtual staging or virtual de-cluttering are available at an additional charge per room.

• How long does the service take?

  • It depends on the services selected. For photography services, it can take anywhere from 1-2 hours depending on the number of photos selected. Videography times depend on the total square footage of the home. During booking, we give an estimate of the total time needed to complete the selected service or package.

• When do I receive the finished product?

  • Photography services will be delivered by 5 PM GMT the day following the shoot. Videography services will be fully edited and delivered within 48 hours of completion.

• Is there a cancellation fee?

  • If something happens and you need to reschedule, please provide notice 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a fee of £75. A last minute reschedule means we lose the appointment block that we could've filled with another shoot, and therefore you will be charged a cancellation fee.
